We ship nationwide in New Zealand and Internationally to the USA, United Kingdom and Australia. Your order is important to us, which is why we want to make sure that your order arrives in good time and in excellent condition.
Free Shipping Terms & Conditions:
Orders given Free Shipping will be shipped via Air Parcel at the lowest standard rate to the customer's location unless otherwise stated.
General Shipping Information:
International orders are usually processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 days for Express service and 2-4 working days for International Courier.
New Zealand orders are usually processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 days.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please ensure all address details are correct and provided in full when placing your order. If orders are unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address or are delivered to the wrong address, Lanaco will not cover any re-delivery costs or refunds.
Delivery timeframes:
We are partnered with third-party courier companies in New Zealand to deliver all goods via Track and Trace. Items will normally be delivered during working hours only.
The delivery timeframes are usually 1-2 working days to Auckland, 2-3 working days to North Island, 3-5 working days to South Island, however, it can take up to 8 working days for rural areas.

Track your order:
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, please directly contact the courier company with any inquiries about the status of your package.
